Brooklyn Nets forward Bojan Bogdanovic is set to undergo season-ending surgery on his left foot. Bogdanovic has not played this season, as he attempted to recover from surgery that ended last season.
The Nets acquired the forward as part of the trade that sent Mikal Bridges to the New York Knicks this past offseason. The soon-to-be 36-year-old is set to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
In 57 games last season between the Detroit Pistons and New York Knicks, Bogdanovic averaged 15.2 points on 45/40/79 shooting splits. The veteran forward’s season ended when he was injured in Game 4 of the Knicks first-round playoff victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.
