2023 NFL free agency: Team-by-team signings and trades tracker, updates on every move for all 32 franchises

NFL free agency has slowed to a crawl, but that doesn’t mean the league didn’t see its typical flurry of free-agent signings in March. Heading into the 2023 season, there were many big-name players to watch as they decided their next moves as teams also work to improve their rosters … or trim salary to get under the cap.

The majority of them have figured out where they’re playing, while one of the biggest questions was answered recently, when Aaron Rodgers said his “intention” is to play for the New York Jets. The trade has yet to be finalized as both sides continue to work out an agreeable deal.

Meanwhile, another major question is where Lamar Jackson will end up. Jackson received a non-exclusive franchise tag from the Baltimore Ravens, meaning he can negotiate with other teams interested in the star quarterback, but the Ravens can match any offer. So far, no teams have shown interest in making a move for the former league MVP.

From blockbuster moves to bargain-bin shopping, we’ve got you covered below with a running tracker of every team’s 2023 additions, including external signings and trade acquisitions:
