New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson’s absence from a sprained right ankle could sideline him a bit longer than expected. Brunson isn’t expected back until late-March or early-April from the injury.
New York said Brunson would be re-evaluated from the injury in two weeks, after he was hurt on March 6. However, reports are that this is a three- to four-week long recovery time for the Knicks point guard.
The Knicks have gone 2-2 in the four games Brunson has missed due to the sprained ankle. Miles McBride has started in place of Brunson during his absence.
