The Chiefs (11-6), who are eying their ninth consecutive AFC West title, are looking to become the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls. The Ravens (13-4), the champions of the AFC North and the conference’s top seed, have not made it to the Super Bowl since 2013, when they defeated the San Francisco 49ers, 34-31.Β

Kansas City’s wide receivers were led by rookie Rashee Rice last season. Rice caught 79 passes for 938 yards (11.9 average) and seven touchdowns. He was second only to tight end Travis Kelce’s 93 receptions. Rice had 10 explosive plays of 20 or more yards, including a season-high 67-yarder. He registered 654 yards after the catch and converted 44 first downs.

Running back Isiah Pacheco, in his third season, led the Chiefs in rushing in 2023. In 14 games, he rushed for 935 yards on 205 carries (4.6 average) and scored seven touchdowns. Pacheco also had six plays of 20 yards or more, including a 48-yarder. Among Baltimore’s strengths is its defense. Among those making opposing offenses wary is defensive tackle Justin Madubuike, who had a team-high 13 sacks for 90 yards in 2023. The fifth-year veteran also had 56 tackles, including 38 solo, with two forced fumbles and 12 tackles for loss. Madubuike, who has played in 59 career games, has compiled 153 tackles, including 98 solo, 29 tackles for loss, 21.5 sacks and five pass breakups.

Linebacker Roquan Smith led Baltimore in tackles last season. In 16 games, he registered 158 tackles, including 84 solo, with five tackles for loss. He also had 1.5 sacks, one forced fumble and eight pass breakups.
