Derrick White, Celtics Agree To Four-Year, $125.9M Extension

Derrick White and the Boston Celtics have agreed to a four-year, $125.9 million extension. White will hold a player option as part of the deal, which is for the most money available to Boston at this time.

The Celtics have previously signed Jaylen Brown, Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday to extensions with Jayson Tatum also expected to sign a supermax extension this offseason.

Boston acquired White from the San Antonio Spurs in 2022. White, who is represented by Mike Lindeman, would have been an unrestricted free agent in 2025. White signed a four-year, $73 million extension with the Spurs in 2020.
