The Brooklyn Nets have agreed to trade Mikal Bridges to the New York Knicks for Bojan Bogdanovic, four unprotected first-round picks, a protected first-round pick via Bucks, an unprotected pick swap and a second-rounder.
The Knicks are sending unprotected picks in 2025, 2027, 2029 and 2031, plus a protected 2025 first via the Milwaukee Bucks, a 2028 unprotected pick swap, and a second round pick in 2025 for Bridges and a 2026 second round pick.
Bridges joins several former Villanova teammates in Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart and Donte DiVincenzo.
Bridges approached the Nets about a trade to the Knicks earlier this week and a deal came together quickly.
Bridges has two seasons remaining on his current contract at $23.3 million and $24.9 million. Bridges can sign a three-year, $113 million extension with the Knicks in six months, according to ESPN’s Bobby Marks.
