He has been limited in practice throughout the week due to an injury (ribs), but the extra day of rest helps counteract that issue. Hockenson has played over 60% of snaps in his last two games, seeing an 86.1% route run rate and a 33.3% target share.
He has been the second-best tight end in Fantasy football this season, ranking sixth in deep targets and fourth in red-zone targets. This is an ideal matchup for Minnesota’s top target, as Chicago has given up the sixth-most receiving touchdowns to tight ends this season. Hockenson’s production has not dropped off since the arrival of quarterback Joshua Dobbs, posting his best performance of the season two weeks ago against New Orleans.
