The Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts will square off Sunday on CBS and Paramount+. Jacksonville defeated Indianapolis in Week 1, 31-21, and is coming off of a 25-20 win against the Buffalo Bills in London. Meanwhile, the Colts are trying to find their footing with Gardner Minshew at the helm and enter Week 6 on the heels of a 23-16 win against the Tennessee Titans.
