3 Stars the Miami Heat must chase if they strike out on landing Lillard 

Damian Lillard trade rumors keep changing by the hour, but it seems that things are not trending in the Miami Heat’s favor. That is a dramatic change since they were the only potential landing spot for him in the last three months. If they do come up short in their pursuit, they will need to pivot fast.

After all, they have put all of their attention into chasing a star but have actually made a few moves in the meantime. In fact, one could argue that they are worse than the team that recently tore through the NBA playoffs and made the Finals as an 8th seed.
