How a legendary offensive pairing can be reunited by the Warriors

Brad Stevens, when highlighting his Kristaps Porzingis shift this summer and wanting more roster balance, spoke of how key a training camp addition Blake Griffin was last season. He provided crucial big-man stability with Robert Williams’ injury woes and Father Time approaching Al Horford. The Celtics’ President labeled the OG’s presence as good as it gets on and off the floor.

Adam Himmelsbach of the Boston Globe reported in a piece that a second year in Boston was deemed unlikely for Griffin. The 34-year-old is taking his time, pondering his future in a potential move closer to home out west, etc.
